If a player/coach receives a red card (automatic game expulsion) they are automatically suspended for one game which means they also cannot train or be a part of the team/soccer activities until they attend a discipline committee hearing. These hearings are held as needed and at that time depending on the incident that resulted in the expulsion the player/coach may receive further suspension. While under suspension you may not participate in any soccer related activities until it has been served in full. The office will notify the coach/parent of youth player/team rep when/if the player needs to attend discipline.
If a player/coach accumulates 3 yellows over the course of the season they are automatically suspended for one game and will have to attend a discipline hearing as well.
